We are creating a modern residential and commercial building in one of Munich's most popular districts. We are developing an upscale new building in a central location in Nymphenburg for the company Munich Prime Asset. The building will offer a perfect blend of living and shopping with a supermarket on the ground floor and space for 17 apartments on the three upper floors. An underground car park is also planned.

From old to new

What is special about this project: As the previous tenant of the former commercial building, EDEKA will also rent the first floor space of the new building. 

The revitalization of special locations is a major concern for us. We are therefore pleased to be able to revitalize the new building on Renatastraße together with EDEKA, so that we can continue to experience the tried and tested in the future.
